WorldsBestTracker is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device and not a source of medical advice. Nothing in the app (including schedules, reminders, nutrient information, product data, or analytics) is a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist about medications, supplements, dosing, and interactions. Never disregard professional advice because of something the app displayed. Reminders can fail (device settings, connectivity, battery); do not rely on them as your only safeguard for critical medication.
You agree not to: abuse, probe, or overload the service; attempt to access other users' data; submit deliberately false product or price information to the community library; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
Product information may come from government databases (USDA, NIH), from other users' scans, and from automated label reading, and may contain errors. Always read the physical product label: it is the only authoritative source. Prices shown are community-reported aggregates, not offers.
Optional integrations (such as Strava) are governed by their own terms. Retailer links may be affiliate links; as an Amazon Associate, WorldsBestTracker earns from qualifying purchases. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their prices, or their products.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, and service may be interrupted. We may modify these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldsBestTracker and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, missed doses, or decisions made in reliance on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently $0 for free accounts).
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
