Peptide is a category in the app, not a workaround

A standing item carries a category, and Peptide is one of eleven, alongside Medication, Supplement, Hormone and the rest. Injection SubQ, IM and IV sit in the same route list as oral, sublingual, nasal and topical. You log the amount you actually gave, with a note, stamped to the minute.

Schedules run daily, every N days from an anchor date, named weekdays, a day of the month, or as-needed, and one date can be re-timed without touching the pattern. Reminders arrive as web push, 48 hours ahead, and export to your calendar.

Titration is a first-class record: a multiplier on one dose, a reason from ten fixed options, a note, clamped between 0.05x and 10x. Your standing dose is never rewritten: the plan says what you intended, the log says what you did. Zero is not offered, because a dose of nothing is a skip rather than a smaller dose, and a skip is recorded by its absence, which is how adherence counts it. The reason chips reorder toward the direction you just dialled and never filter the list, because being second-guessed by a form is how you teach someone to stop logging honestly.

Fifty-eight things you can feel, in a vocabulary that can be counted

Check-ins use a fixed vocabulary of 58 feelings across 11 categories: energy, mood, mind, sleep, physical, digestive, sexual, head, cardiovascular, immune and skin. Each takes an intensity from 1 to 5, an optional duration and a note, plus a one-tap normal, because normal days are data too. Free text cannot be counted, and what cannot be counted cannot be compared across cycles. Your own words survive: notes are stored verbatim, lightly cleaned of filler, never paraphrased, and come from talking to the assistant, not a journal screen.

It refuses to invent your pharmacokinetics, and that is why you can trust it

The compound lookup runs under one rule from the prompt: if it is not confident about a field, return null. Do not guess, estimate, approximate or infer. A null field is useful. An invented number is a serious error. Every AI-produced field is stamped AI-sourced and shown as unverified. Every half-life shows where it came from, and today that source is the app's own curated reference, not an official label. The field is built to carry an FDA-label citation once one is attached.

The reference holds 651 curated compounds. All carry a redose interval and a food rule, 625 carry a half-life, and dose ranges, separation rules and interactions are filled in where the reference has them. Empty is a real answer. Your vial gets the same standard: sealed expiry and beyond-use date stay separate, the use-by is whichever comes first, and the app never invents a BUD, so enter neither and freshness reads as unknown.

Arithmetic finds the patterns, and mostly it says nothing

The language model never discovers anything about your body. Code runs the comparisons and hands over only what clears a threshold. A rising feeling needs at least six events, a fifty percent rise and two more occurrences. A time-of-day cluster needs at least five reports of the same feeling, with at least four of them, and at least half, inside a three-hour band. A recovery trend needs five days and a ten-point drop. Below the line nothing is said and no notification goes out. The check-in is screened after it is written, so dose-change, start-or-stop and diagnosis language falls back to the plain computed sentence.

What imports itself, stated exactly

WHOOP brings recovery, HRV as RMSSD, resting heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep and strain on signature-verified webhooks: near-real-time push in minutes, not a live readout. Oura brings readiness, sleep stages, average HRV, lowest heart rate, activity and stress, polled rather than pushed: a pull when you connect, then a Sync now button in Settings. There are deliberately no Oura webhooks: the handshake could not be confirmed against live docs. Strava imports activity history. Garmin is a watch app for today's schedule and a dose from the wrist. Two devices on one day stay two rows: averaging two disagreeing numbers invents a third that neither measured.

Where your data actually goes

Everything you log goes to Firestore on Google Cloud in real time. Once you sign in there is no local-only mode. Every assistant turn sends your last 12 messages plus a context bundle of your real data, including verbatim notes, to Gemini. Know that before you type a compound name in.

What never travels: ad pixels get three standard event names and nothing about health, billing holds a Stripe customer id, a subscription id, a tier and who paid on a gifted plan, and OAuth tokens are unreadable by every client, including yours. This is a consumer wellness product, not a HIPAA covered entity, and platform admins have cross-account read by design: they read, and only you and a caregiver you consented to write.

What it deliberately does not do

  • It does not tell you what to dose, when to start, or when to stop.
  • It does not diagnose anything and does not replace a clinician.
  • It does not invent a half-life, a redose interval, or any other pharmacokinetic number. An unknown field is left empty.
  • It does not calculate reconstitution concentration, per-mL amounts, or unit conversions from a label photo, and never reads a percent daily value as the amount.
  • It does not invent a beyond-use date for a reconstituted vial. You enter it, or freshness stays unknown.
  • It does not claim a peptide caused a change in your data.
  • It does not decode barcodes live with your camera. You photograph the barcode or type the digits.
  • It does not photograph a plate and return macros. That feature does not exist.
  • It does not accept new Fitbit, Pixel Watch or Wear OS connections today. Existing connections still sync.
  • It does not read activity, sleep or heart rate from Garmin Connect.
  • It does not show a live WHOOP strain readout.
  • It does not keep your data only on your device once you sign in.
  • It does not claim HIPAA compliance or SOC 2 attestation.
  • It does not publish, sell or share what you log, and ad pixels never receive health data.
  • The morning check-in does not speak when nothing clears its threshold. Silence is the designed default.

Questions

Can I track a peptide cycle without the app telling me what to dose?

Yes, and the rails are in the code rather than in a disclaimer. The assistant's hard rules forbid dosing advice, diagnoses, and any instruction to start, stop or change a medication, and it has no hands of its own: everything it wants to record arrives as a card you tap to apply. If your compound is not in it, the AI lookup runs under an explicit rule: return null rather than guess, because an invented number silently corrupts every timing calculation drawn from it, and anything it does return is stamped AI-sourced and shown as unverified until you check it. Plenty of research peptides come back empty, and that is the correct result.

How do I log a SubQ injection, and can I record a day where I took less?

You set the item up once with the category Peptide and the delivery method Injection (SubQ), then log doses against it with the amount you actually gave, the exact time, and a note. A day where you took more or less is recorded as a titration: a multiplier plus a reason from ten fixed options, clamped between 0.05x and 10x, which never rewrites your standing dose. Zero is not offered, because a dose of nothing is a skip rather than a smaller dose, and a skipped dose is recorded by its absence, which is how the adherence view counts it.

Will it tell me whether the peptide caused my HRV to drop?

No, and it will not imply it either. Code finds the co-occurrence and thresholds hold it back: a recovery trend needs at least five days and a ten-point drop before it is mentioned at all, a time-of-day cluster needs five reports of the same feeling with four of them inside a three-hour band, and the language model only phrases what the arithmetic already produced. Below the line it says nothing rather than reaching. What you get instead is a timeline where the injection, the titration, the felt effect and the WHOOP or Oura reading sit on the same day, so you can hand a clinician a record instead of a recollection.

Who can see what I log, and does any of it get published?

Nothing you log is published or shared anywhere.
