WorldsBestTracker

Track the stack the way you already track the bar

You can name your squat to the pound. Can you name what you took last Tuesday, and at what dose? The stack lives in a cabinet, a notes app, a screenshot of a forum post and your memory. Twelve weeks later the phase ends, something worked or nothing did, and there is no record clean enough to say which. That is not a health problem. It is an information problem, and it wastes money you already spent. World's Best Tracker is the logbook for everything that is not the barbell: doses, macros, sleep, recovery sessions and how you actually felt, on one record you own and can export.

Every untracked week is a week you cannot analyze later

A notes app forgets which dose you were on. A spreadsheet keeps the number and loses the reason. Your lifting app does not know what you took at 6am. Your macro app does not know you changed something on Monday. Your watch knows neither. Twelve weeks later you hold four partial records and no way to line them up. The supplements were the expensive part. The record costs almost nothing, and it is what got skipped. Logs only accumulate forward. Nothing you do today recovers last month, so the cheapest week to start is this one.

Log the stack in the shape it actually has

A standing item holds what it is, what is in it, how it goes in and when. Categories cover medication, supplement, peptide, hormone, botanical, vitamin, mineral and nootropic. Delivery covers oral, sublingual, troche, nasal, powder, topical and injection by IM, SubQ or IV. Cadence covers daily, every N days from an anchor date, chosen weekdays, a day of the month, and as needed. Behind it sits a curated reference of 651 compounds: every one with a redose interval and a food requirement, nearly every one with a half-life, hundreds with dose ranges, separation rules and known interactions. Where the reference has nothing, the field stays blank.

The day you ran it high is data, not a mess

You took a double. You halved the pre-workout because sleep was bad. A spreadsheet either loses that or overwrites your protocol with it. WBT files the exception as an exception: a multiplier on that single dose, one of ten fixed reasons, and a note. The standing dose is untouched, so the plan stays readable and the log stays true. Multipliers clamp between 0.05x and 10x, and zero is a skip, not a titration. Reason chips reorder toward the direction you just dialled and never filter the list, because being second-guessed by a form is how you teach someone to stop logging honestly.

Macros, training and recovery in one record

Food logs carry calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugars and sodium per serving by meal slot, from Open Food Facts or USDA FoodData Central when the item came from a barcode or a search. Save a multi-item meal once, log it in one tap. Training is set by set across 77 movements, with PR detection and an Epley estimated 1RM, plate math per side off a 45 lb bar, rest captured from the clock rather than typed, and voice entry parsed on the phone without calling a model. Recovery counts: 26 modalities across 7 families, so the sauna, the plunge and the boots land beside the dose. Feelings are a fixed vocabulary of 58 across 11 categories, each with an intensity. Doses, feelings, sleep, synced sessions and plunges draw on one scrolling day.

What imports itself, and what does not

Strava, WHOOP and Oura connect today. WHOOP brings recovery, HRV as RMSSD, resting heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep performance and strain, shortly after WHOOP finishes processing. There is no live strain readout. Oura brings readiness, sleep stages, average HRV, lowest heart rate, activity and stress, polled when you open the app. Garmin is a watch app that logs a dose from your wrist, not an activity sync. One ride caught twice inside five minutes becomes one row crediting both services.

Two taps, not a data entry job

Photograph the bottle. The label goes to Gemini Vision and comes back as structured fields, under instructions never to guess: unreadable fields come back empty, units are never converted, and the % Daily Value column is never the amount. There is no live camera barcode decoder, so you photograph the digits or type them, and the UPC runs a cache, USDA FoodData Central, the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database and Open Food Facts. The assistant can log a dose, a feeling, food, sleep or a note, add a cabinet item, build a workout plan, reschedule a dose or fix a log time, and each one arrives as a card that saves nothing until you tap it.

It refuses to guess, which is why the numbers are usable

The compound lookup is told a null field is correct and an invented number is a serious error, and every AI-filled field is flagged unverified. Every half-life on screen says where it came from: the curated reference, or a chip reading unverified when AI lookup filled it in. Nothing is phrased by a model until the code has counted it first. A rising feeling needs at least six events and a fifty percent rise. A time-of-day cluster needs at least five reports of that feeling, with four or more of them, and at least half, inside a three-hour band. An adherence gap needs three missed days. Below the threshold you get silence instead of a cheerful summary.

It will not write your protocol

The assistant will never tell you to start, stop or change a prescription medication, and it will never invent a dose. Ask it a goal question and it repeats what a named public source has said, with the source attached and marked as theirs, not ours. A tool that will happily make up a number is a tool whose whole record you have to second-guess later. What you take stays your call.

Give your coach the record, not your password

Invite a coach or training partner with named permissions: add items, log dosing, or full control. They get a today snapshot of taken, missed, upcoming and extra doses, adherence, next dose and your latest check-in. They cannot create, edit or delete a workout that came from your watch, and they cannot write your device metrics at all. Either side can revoke the link, and manager actions are appended to a log you can read.

What it costs, and what you keep

Start free, and free is not a demo: 25 cabinet items, 60 label scans a month, 40 assistant messages a day and 60 hand-logged workouts a month, and watch-synced workouts never count against it. As shipped, Plus removes the cabinet and workout caps and takes scans to 200 a month with 100 assistant messages a day; Pro removes the scan cap and takes the assistant to 400 a day. Even at the top of the shipped plans the assistant keeps a ceiling, because an unbounded assistant is an unbounded bill. Your record exports as one JSON file: cabinet items, doses, feelings, nights, journal entries, meals, workouts, device metrics and settings, and it tells you how many records it wrote.

What it deliberately does not do

  • Does not write your protocol. The assistant will never tell you to start, stop or change a prescription medication, and it will never invent a dose. Ask it a goal question and it repeats what a named public source has said, with the source attached and marked as theirs, not ours.
  • Does not diagnose anything and does not replace a clinician. The proactive check-in is written from facts the code already computed, and its output is re-read for dosage-change, start-stop and diagnosis language before it reaches you; if it trips, you get the plain computed sentence instead.
  • Does not invent pharmacology. A compound field it cannot source, a BMI it cannot compute and a beyond-use date you did not enter all come back empty instead of estimated.
  • Does not let a language model find your patterns. Observations are counted in code against fixed thresholds first, and below the threshold nothing is said at all. Your daily report on Home is arithmetic on your own logs.
  • Does not decode barcodes with a live camera scanner. You photograph the barcode digits or type them.
  • Does not read a photo of your plate and return macros. That feature does not exist.
  • Does not accept new Fitbit, Pixel Watch or Wear OS connections right now. Google Health is built but closed pending an annual third-party security assessment.
  • Does not sync Garmin Connect activity, sleep or heart rate. The Garmin piece is a watch app for logging a dose from your wrist.
  • Does not stream WHOOP live. Data arrives shortly after WHOOP finishes processing a workout or a night.
  • Does not export your set-by-set lifting sessions or your recovery sessions yet. Both are logged in the app today and join the export next.
  • Does not send anything about your health to ad pixels. They receive standard sign-up, lead and page-view events only.
  • Does not file what you track next to what you paid. Billing stores a customer id and a tier, no product names, no line items.
  • Does not claim HIPAA compliance. WBT is a consumer wellness product and not a HIPAA covered entity.
  • Does not keep your data only on your phone once you sign in. Assistant turns send your health context to Gemini, and platform admins can read across accounts by design, though only you and a caregiver you consented to can write.

Questions

Can I track a peptide cycle without the app telling me what to dose?

Yes, and the record side is built for it. Peptide is one of the item categories, delivery covers SubQ, IM and IV, and cadence covers every N days from an anchor date as well as chosen weekdays, so a real block fits without being flattened into 'daily'. On the advice side, the line is clear: WBT will never tell you to start, stop or change a prescription medication, and it never invents a number. If you ask it a goal question it may repeat what a named public source has said, with the source attached and marked as theirs rather than ours. It records what you did. The protocol stays yours.

Does World's Best Tracker scan barcodes with the camera?

Not with a live scanner. You photograph the barcode or type the digits, and the number is read from the image. The UPC then runs a cache, USDA FoodData Central, the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database and Open Food Facts, so a tub or a bottle usually fills in its own name, brand and label amounts.

Will it tell me whether my stack is actually doing anything?

It tells you what the counts say, and it counts before it speaks. The pattern engine is deterministic code with fixed thresholds: a rising feeling needs at least six events and a fifty percent rise, a time-of-day cluster needs at least five reports with four or more of them inside a three-hour band, an adherence gap needs three missed days. Below the threshold it returns nothing rather than filler, and it carries the raw numbers next to the sentence so you can audit the claim. It will not tell you a supplement caused anything.

Does it sync with WHOOP, Oura, Garmin or Fitbit?

WHOOP, Oura and Strava connect today. WHOOP brings recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and strain shortly after it finishes processing, and Oura is polled when you open the app. Fitbit and Pixel Watch would arrive through Google Health, which is built but closed to new connections until an annual third-party security assessment is paid for, and the Garmin piece is a watch app for logging a dose from the wrist rather than an activity sync.

What does the free account include, and what am I actually paying for?

Free gives 25 cabinet items, 60 label scans a month, 40 assistant messages a day and 60 hand-logged workouts a month, and workouts synced from a wearable never count against that. The free limits were raised in August 2026 specifically so a real week of logging fits inside them. Paid tiers remove the cabinet and workout caps and raise the scan and assistant limits, because scans and assistant messages are the two things that cost money to run. Even the plans as shipped keep an assistant ceiling. Prices come from Stripe at checkout rather than from this page.

Can my coach see my log without taking over my account?

Yes. You invite them with named permissions for adding items, logging doses, or full control, and either side can revoke the link. They cannot create, edit or delete a workout that came from your watch, and they cannot write your device metrics at all. A note they type while viewing your account is filed under them and tagged as being about you, and manager actions are appended to a log you can read.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, and only the account owner can do it. The export is one JSON file containing your cabinet items, dose logs, feeling logs, sleep, journal entries, food logs, saved meals, synced and hand-logged workouts, device metrics and your settings, and the download reports how many records it wrote. Set-by-set lifting sessions and recovery sessions are logged in the app today and join the export next.
