You can pull up your five-kilometre split from March. You can pull up last night's HRV to one decimal place. Now try this: what did you take on Tuesday, how much, was that the week you bumped the creatine, and did you feel worse before or after? Strava has your training. WHOOP has your recovery. The stack that supposedly bridges the two lives in a bathroom cabinet and a notes app, and neither one is on the timeline. So when the number moves, you cannot say why. That is not a health problem. It is an information problem, and it compounds. Every untracked week is a week you can never go back and analyse. World's Best Tracker puts doses, food, sessions, feelings and training on one timeline, and refuses to guess at anything it does not actually know.
Add it up. Creatine, a protein, magnesium, fish oil, a nootropic somebody credible recommended. That is a monthly bill you have paid for a year. Now answer the question the bill exists to answer: which of them is doing anything?
You cannot. Not because supplements do not work, but because you have no record that could tell you. You changed three things in one fortnight and cannot remember the start date of any. Your notes app has four entries from January, then silence.
WBT gives that record a shape. Each item is a blueprint: components, category (eleven of them, from medication and supplement through peptide, hormone and nootropic), delivery method, cadence. Daily, every N days from an anchor date, set weekdays, a day of the month, as needed. Strava knows the ride. WHOOP knows the recovery score. Neither knows you took 5 grams of creatine at 06:40, sat in a sauna for 18 minutes and felt flat by mid-afternoon. So nothing in your setup answers a question you actually have.
Strava, WHOOP and Oura are built and shipped: OAuth, token refresh, paged history, signature-verified webhooks. Settings shows which are switched on for your account. WHOOP maps recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep and strain, and anything WHOOP does not return for you comes back blank rather than guessed. Oura brings readiness, sleep stages, average HRV and stress.
Now what you should not find out after signing up. WHOOP is near-real-time push measured in minutes, not a live strain readout. Oura is polled when you open the app, because guessing at an unconfirmed security handshake ships something broken. Fitbit, Pixel Watch and Wear OS are built but closed to new connections, and the Garmin watch app is a sideload rather than a store download.
One ride caught by both Strava and WHOOP inside five minutes merges into one row credited to both. Two wearables that disagree about your HRV stay as two rows, because averaging them would invent a number neither measured.
Your last tracking attempt died of friction: twenty seconds an entry, forty entries a week, and by week three you are lying to your own spreadsheet.
Snap the label. The photo goes to vision OCR and comes back as structured data. Photograph the barcode and the digits are read the same way, then run through the cache, Open Food Facts, USDA and NIH DSLD. There is no live camera scanner: you photograph it or you type it.
Or talk to it. The assistant proposes nine actions, from logging a dose to fixing a log time. Each produces a confirmation card. Nothing saves until you tap.
Feelings are one tap from a fixed vocabulary of 58 entries across 11 categories, from energy and mood to digestive, cardio and skin. Intensity one to five, plus a one-tap normal baseline, because a record with no normal in it cannot show you a change.
In the gym, the set-by-set logger does PR detection with Epley 1RM and plate math over a curated tree of 77 exercises, and "back squat 225 for 5" parses offline. Recovery gets 26 modalities across 7 families: sauna asks temperature, red light asks body region. Food logs carry per-serving macros and saved meals. Reminders go out by Web Push, or download the next 7 days of doses as an .ics.
The compound lookup rule is absolute: if the model is not confident about a field, it returns null. No guessing, estimating, approximating, inferring. An invented number corrupts the record and every calculation drawn from it. Every AI-filled field shows as unverified, and every half-life carries a chip naming its origin: WBT's curated reference for a catalog entry, "AI lookup: unverified" for anything the catalog never covered. Never a bare number with no origin.
The assistant does not find your patterns. Code does, against thresholds. A rising feeling needs at least 6 events, a 50 percent rise and two more occurrences. A time-of-day cluster needs at least 5 reports of that feeling, at least half of them and no fewer than 4 inside one 3 hour band. Below the threshold, nothing is returned, and when there is nothing to say the app says nothing. Adherence counts days with no dose rather than a percentage of expected doses, because inventing a denominator produces a confident wrong number.
The proactive check-in is scoped to timing and rest, never an amount and never stopping a medication, and a regex screen re-reads it for dosage-change, start-stop and diagnosis language. In chat, state a goal and it can point at supplement and lifestyle options, but only ones attributed to a named public source, never as WBT's prescription.
Saunas get no half-life and no decay curve, and a beyond-use date is never invented.

Nothing publishes anywhere. Sharing is one-to-one, per-person consent, revocable by either party. A coach can read your logs and, with permission, log for you, but cannot forge, overwrite or delete a workout that came from your device.
And the parts a company would leave out: your data lives in Firestore on Google Cloud, each assistant turn sends a bundle of it to Gemini, and admins can read across accounts by design and never write. This is a consumer wellness product, not a HIPAA covered entity.
You already generate the data. It lands in three apps that do not speak and a notes file you stopped opening. The question is whether next March you can say what you were taking this week.

It does not read your Garmin activity, sleep or heart rate.
Workouts from two sources starting inside a 5 minute window merge into one row, credited to both, with each device's exclusive numbers folded in rather than dropped. When a wearable is connected the manual sleep logger steps aside, so a night is recorded once; where both exist, the hand-logged night wins and the device's is dropped, never summed and never averaged. Two wearables reporting the same day stay as two separate rows rather than one blended row, because averaging two disagreeing HRV numbers would invent a value neither device measured.

Sharing is one-to-one with per-person consent, either party can revoke, nobody can delete the record of it, and account deletion request endpoints exist. WBT is a consumer wellness product, not a HIPAA covered entity.
